The Drop - Shan Dimsum
Shan Dimsum is one of Saigon Chinatown’s (Cho Lon / District 5) best dimsum restaurants.
The menu features all the dimsum classics including Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings- which can be hard to find in most dimsum restaurants around the city) and all types of sharable plates.
They are open only in the mornings and evenings, and can be very busy on the weekends- so it is advised to book in advance if possible.
