Bar Rơm is a newly opened spot inside a former abandoned hotel in Thao Dien now known as the 02 Commons.
The menu features Binchotan grilled styled favorites, botanical cocktails, natural wines, and more.
If you go for one dish only try their delicious foie gras with brioche, whisky glaze, and Guava sauce.
